The first edition of the intra Management Fest was inaugurated by the Executive Director Rev. Fr. Abin K Tomy CMI and he proclaimed the name SIMPULSE. The inaugural edition featured a vibrant range of activities, competitions, and management-themed events designed to enhance teamwork, innovation, and strategic thinking. Management events like Best Management Team, Marketing Game, Finance Game etc. were conducted. Students came out with flying colours.

Outbound Training (OBT) is an experiential learning initiative designed to enhance students’ leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through activities conducted outside the traditional classroom environment.     The National Level Leadership Training Program (NLLTP) for MBA Semester 3 students of Santhigiri Institute of Management was organized with the primary objective of enhancing leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and outdoor survival skills.
